MONTHLY IVR

Monthly parkers can choose to use their phone number as an additional access credential. Once the operator links the parker’s phone number to their monthly account, the parker can use the linked phone to access the garage.


HOW IT WORKS

Step 1

Tap OTHER ACCESS OPTIONS.



Step 2

Tap I HAVE A MONTHLY PARKING ACCOUNT.



Step 3

Call the phone number on the screen (from the phone number listed on the monthly account), and when instructed, enter the number displayed on the screen with your phone.



Step 4

After the gate vends, enter the facility.
