MONTHLY REPORT GROUPS

Report Groups is a capacity reporting feature that links multiple parkers to a group with a set capacity limit. A Flash activity report shows when the group exceeds the set capacity limit. Parking access isn’t denied to the parker when capacity is exceeded. Contact support@flashparking.com to set up Report Groups.

Link a Report Group to a Monthly Account

To link a report group to a monthly account, follow the steps below:

1. Go to https://portal.flashvalet.com and log in to the Admin Portal.

2. On the left menu, click Monthly, then choose a location.

3. Find the Monthly Account in the listed accounts, or use the search option at the top. Click the account to open the account settings.

4. In the Report Group dropdown select a Report Group.

5. Click Save.

Report Group Reporting

You can generate or schedule the Occupancy Limit report from the Flash Admin Portal. You must select a report group before generating the report data.

The report will list each parking event that exceeded the set capacity limit, the number of parkers that were violating the limit, and how many minutes the violation occurred.
