Facility Information
The Facility Information page is accessed through Maintenance | Facility Information.
This is where you enter the name, address, and telephone number of the facility. Note that there is a 59-character limit, including spaces, on the combined data in these fields. The fields will accept additional characters, but the additional characters will be truncated on the ticket.
Lots and Spaces
The Lots and Spaces page is accessed through Maintenance | Lots and Spaces.
Lots and Spaces allow the facilities’ parking lots to be created for space tracking purposes and the designation of individual facility parking spaces to aid the jockeys in vehicle retrieval.
This feature can also be configured to track how many spaces are exclusively allocated to valet operations in a given facility. These spaces can be tracked on the POS main screen lot tracking dashboard.
Machines
The Machines page lists all devices registered in the system, including POSs, Jockey Console, Kiosk, and MPOSs.
When a machine first runs the ZipPark application, it contacts the server and a machine row is automatically added to the Machines table.
